Kids Yoga Stories Announces New Zoo Yoga Book: JUSTINE and JOEY at the ZOO

PressReleasePing - October 05, 2018 -

Kids Yoga Stories and author Giselle Shardlow are thrilled to announce the official release of their newest yoga book for kids, Justine and Joey at the Zoo.

Join Justine and her brother, Joey, as they experience all the zoo has to offer. Kids will engage with this book as they watch the characters feed a giraffe, pose like a lion, and eat ice cream! This zoo yoga book includes a list of 14 kids yoga poses and a parent-teacher guide. For ages four and up.

Kids Yoga Stories is founded on the principle of using alternative and enjoyable activities to inspire children to want to move and exercise. Yoga, an incredibly beneficial physical discipline and exercise, has countless benefits for kids like increased flexibility and strength, stress reduction, better sleep, and improved motor skills.

"I have always been passionate about working with children throughout my world travels, and common problems I've seen in every country are childhood obesity, illiteracy, and stress," said Giselle Shardlow, author of Kids Yoga Stories. "I wanted to find a fun way to help children move past these obstacles, and creating yoga stories designed for kids was the perfect way to do it."

"My four-year-old son loves this book. He loves animals and shows me all the postures from this book. I will also be using this book to teach a pre-k yoga class." says Yana, a satisfied customer from San Francisco.
