Airsorted, the world’s largest Airbnb management company made the plunge into the American market with the launch of Miami in August 2018. Miami saw 15.9 million overnight visitors last year and with home-sharing popularity on the rise, Miami was the perfect city to launch. Airsorted’s mission is to provide a trusted, hassle-free, innovative way to get the best returns from your home or investment property. Overseeing 4000 homes globally, Airsorted pride themselves on having global ambitions but local intentions. Being experts in home-sharing has allowed Airsorted to propel into Miami and 21 other new markets in 2018.

Freddie Blunt, Director of Global Expansion, explains that "The American market is very important for us. We are very excited about the launch of our service here in Miami to offer Miami homeowners and property investors a simple way to generate money. Our tailor-made technology, streamlined processes and relationships with local suppliers allow us to offer the highest value service in the market.”

The Miami team oversee the everyday operations while the Global Guest Experience team provide 24/7 guest support. This is to ensure that Airsorted guests are taken care of in the most efficient way at any hour of the day.

One of Airsorted Miami’s longest clients, Justin Kushner, works as a pilot and rarely occupies his beautiful 1-bed waterfront condo in Brickell. He explains why his home and Airsorted are a great match, “...by nature, I’m rather particular and detail-oriented...The team are extremely detail-oriented and their mission is clear: take care of the host & their home as this will trickle down to guest success, and reflect positive reviews.”

The importance of ensuring that each home is carefully looked after and cleaned is always a top priority for the Miami team. Justin explains “It is very clear that [Airsorted] make a concerted effort at maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness ...and they continue to honor my comfort level and my wishes as priority number one.”

Airsorted believe that being responsible neighbors has been imperative to their success in Miami. Freddie explains "We care about the communities in which we operate. We consider it very important to be good neighbors, which is why we meticulously check every guest. We are specialists in this as we manage thousands of reservations per month globally. If we are not sure that the guest will abide by all the rules of the house and that they will be respectful, we do not accept it” adds Freddie Blunt. Justin adds to this by saying…”[Airsorted] consider a number of factors such as the reason for stay, their verified status and background of reviews. By finding the right guest to stay in my home, I know that it will be taken care of and dramatically increase our likelihood of five-star reviews and long-term success.
